Nebula

Nebula is a 24"x48" original acrylic pour with silver metallic, an anchor work of my new Infinity Series. It began with a recurring image that stayed with me long after waking. Rather than paint a literal symbol, I explored the idea of infinity as motion, energy, and continuity. I let layers of cobalt, violet, fluorescent magenta, and white flow endlessly across a deep black field, suggesting both the vastness of space and the quiet persistence of connection. Silver metallic runs through the black ground and catches the light as you move, so the current never fully settles. At 24"x48" on a 1.5" gallery-wrapped canvas the movement travels the full width of the wall, and because the composition reads from either axis, it hangs equally well landscape or vertical. I painted the edges to continue the field around the sides, so it needs no frame.
